About Jeff Benink

Jeff Benink – From Sound Engineer to Hypnotist of the Year

Originally from Amsterdam, Jeff Benink began his career as a DJ and live sound engineer, touring internationally and perfecting the art of creating powerful experiences through sound. But a backstage encounter with stage hypnosis sparked a deeper curiosity—one that eventually transformed into a lifelong calling.

After a theater accident redirected his career, Jeff pursued a four-year hypnosis training and never looked back. Now the founder of Hypnosepraktijk Zwolle, he has helped thousands reclaim their mental freedom through hypnosis. His work spans behavioral science, child development, and forensic psychology, making him a sought-after expert on mental performance and change.

In 2023, Jeff gained international recognition for his research on the effects of COVID-19 on youth, followed by the launch of his groundbreaking school program Voices in Your Mind in 2024. That same year, he was named Hypnotist of the Year.

Jeff’s sessions blend science, story, and strategy—and leave you thinking in a whole new way.
