Ancestral Lineage Regression: When the Individual Story Is Not Enough

Inherited family patterns, unresolved ancestral trauma, and unconscious loyalties can quietly shape emotional responses, relationships, and life choices—often without being recognized.

This presentation is for hypnosis practitioners who want to expand regression-to-cause work into the transgenerational field.

You’ll learn how to recognize when ancestral dynamics are active and how hypnosis can be used to work with this material safely and effectively.

Attendees will also experience a guided ancestral regression to feel how ancestral material emerges and begins to shift inside a session.

Masha Rosen will share a clear, grounded approach to ancestral lineage regression, illustrated with real examples from her practice, and show how these methods can be integrated into hypnosis and regression work. Participants will also receive ancestral regression scripts to help them bring this meaningful work into their own practice with confidence and care.

Masha Rosen is a certified clinical hypnotherapist, regression therapy trainer, and founder of Rosen School of Healing Arts, where she offers professional training in regression therapy. She helps hypnotherapists and regression practitioners work with clients who feel stuck despite insight or repeated sessions—when regression slows down, resistance appears, or change does not hold. Masha’s work focuses on understanding where blocks originate and how to respond skillfully, whether they arise from personal history, relational dynamics, or ancestral patterns that emerge during regression. Her approach integrates regression therapy, ancestral regression, process-oriented therapy, and relationship-focused work, including divorce and separation coaching.
