The Hypnotic Hug Experience

In a world more connected by technology than ever before…
people have never felt more disconnected from themselves—and each other.

Addiction, compulsive behaviors, emotional numbing, constant scrolling, overworking, overeating, gambling, drinking… the pattern underneath them all is often the same:

Disconnection.

In this heartfelt and experiential session, Leah Griffin explores how hypnosis, coaching, human connection, and somatic healing can work together to create THE SHIFT from shame and isolation… to safety, connection, and emotional healing.

This isn’t about labels.
It’s about people.

You’ll discover:

  • Why connection—not punishment or shame—is often the missing piece in recovery
  • How emotional disconnection fuels addictive and compulsive behaviors
  • The role hypnosis and coaching can play in reshaping identity and self-worth
  • Simple somatic and heart-centered exercises that help clients feel safe, grounded, and connected
  • Why human touch, presence, and authentic connection are becoming more important in a technology-driven world

This session is designed to be experienced, not just discussed.

Attendees will participate in guided exercises focused on connection, regulation, and emotional awareness—giving practitioners tools they can immediately bring into their own client work.

What you’ll be able to do:

  • Work with clients struggling with addiction, emotional coping behaviors, or isolation
  • Create safer, more compassionate spaces for healing and recovery
  • Integrate somatic and connection-based techniques into hypnosis and coaching sessions
  • Help clients move beyond shame and reconnect with themselves and others
  • Deepen rapport and trust in a way that strengthens outcomes and transformation

Because at the core of healing…
people don’t just need solutions.

They need connection.

About Leah Griffin

Leah Griffin is a trauma-informed hypnotist, holistic coach, and the founder of Hypnotic Hugs, a healing approach that blends subconscious work, nervous system regulation, and compassionate accountability. She supports emotionally stuck, habit-looped, and recovery-curious individuals in releasing patterns rooted in safety, identity, and survival—not willpower alone. Leah’s work stands out for its gentle yet precise style: integrating breath cues, somatic awareness, and intuitive hypnosis that allows the subconscious to lead, rather than be over-directed. With a background spanning addiction recovery support, inner-child healing, and future-self integration, she brings grounded, real-world insight into how hypnosis can meet clients before burnout, relapse, or crisis. Attendees will benefit from Leah’s practical frameworks, language shifts, and session design strategies that deepen safety, client buy-in, and lasting transformation—without over-coaching or force.
